At CAP we aim to provide the best and the highest quality training to all Athletes in order to achieve their goals.
All of our training are created and catered per Athlete based on their weaknesses and areas they need help with. Our main focus of training is based on body mechanics and movement. We are not coaches, rather we are high-performance trainers that come in to help improve how an Athlete runs, jumps, lands, throw,s and any other types of movement to make it easier for coaches to train and teach an Athlete how to play the sport. Our training is based on years of experience, research, and learning from other experts in different fields (i.e running coaches) that we have combined to try and create the best way to train different Athletes for different sports.
