Service Description
One-on-One Youth Athlete Training (Ages 10–12) At our training facility, we’re proud to offer specialised one-on-one training sessions designed specifically for athletes aged 10–12 years. Our experienced coaches focus on developing the movement skills and mechanics that form the foundation of success across all sports. Whether your child plays netball, rugby, basketball, waka ama, squash, volleyball, or any other sport, our training is tailored to support their individual goals and needs. What We Offer: Movement-Based Training Each session is carefully designed to enhance key athletic qualities, including: Footwork and agility Speed and acceleration Vertical jump and power Strength development Overall conditioning Training is personalised to the athlete, ensuring they receive the right stimulus at the right time for safe and effective progress. Performance Testing & Progress Tracking: We regularly test and monitor performance to track improvement over time. This helps motivate athletes, provides clear feedback, and allows parents to see measurable results. Access to the CAP App After two weeks of training, athletes receive access to our CAP App, featuring 100+ training videos. This allows them to continue developing their skills at home and build confidence outside of sessions. Pricing Options 1 session per week: $75 2 sessions per week: $145 3 sessions per week: $220 6-session package: $440 (Sessions can be used at your convenience) Minimum Commitment: To ensure meaningful development, a minimum 6-week commitment is required for ongoing programs. Cancellation Policy
All cancellation for sessions to be notified 6 hours prior, that will give us enough time to offer this new available time to another Athlete currently looking for a session with us. A quick text, call or email to us 6 hours before a session to cancel will be much appreciated. There is a charge of a fee for less than 6 hours cancellation for full payment of that session. We can be understanding of late cancellation due to important issues such as family emergencies or unexpected sickness but, please give us as much time if you can. We hope you understand. Please also note, that any more than two cancellations in a row for a time slot you are currently booked in weekly, will be up for grabs by other Athletes as we cannot save time sessions for Athletes. Once again, this is to make it fair for everyone looking for time sessions and to make sure that all of our available times are used by those that need it.
