U19s NETBALL CLINIC – FOOTSCRAY

Designed specifically for netball athletes aged 17–18 years, this 1-hour clinic focuses on developing the movement, skills and decision-making required to perform at a higher level of netball.

Suitable for all positions, this session combines athletic development with advanced attacking, defensive and position-specific netball skills.

ATHLETES WILL WORK ON:

• Speed, agility and explosive movement

• Advanced footwork and change of direction

• Attacking movement and creating space

• Defensive pressure and contesting possession

• Timing, leads and movement combinations

• Passing and ball control under pressure

• Vertical jump and aerial skills

• Position-specific movement and skills

• Decision-making at game speed

• Applying skills in competitive game situations

Athletes will be challenged to execute their skills at a higher intensity and under greater pressure, connecting their physical abilities with the technical and tactical demands of netball.

Our goal is to help athletes become faster, stronger and more effective on court, while developing the confidence and game understanding needed to progress into higher levels of club, representative and senior netball.

COST: $90 AUD per athlete

LIMITED TO ONLY 10 ATHLETES
