U17s DEFENDERS NETBALL CLINIC – WINDSOR

Designed specifically for developing netball defenders aged 15–16 years, this 3-day clinic series focuses on the advanced movement, athleticism and defensive skills required to apply pressure, disrupt attacking play and create more turnovers.

Suitable for GK, GD, WD and defensive C players, with each day connecting athletic development directly to position-specific defensive movements and game situations.

DAY 3 – VERTICAL, ELEVATION & AERIAL DEFENCE

Day 3 focuses on developing the elevation, timing and aerial skills defenders need to compete for possession and create turnovers.

ATHLETES WILL WORK ON:

• Vertical jump and elevation

• Explosive take-off

• Jump and landing mechanics

• Timing aerial contests

• High-ball intercepts

• Rebounds and contested possession

• Hands-over pressure and elevation

• Reading the ball in flight

• Repeat jump and second-effort movements

• Turning contests into clean possession

$90 AUD per athlete, per day

Athletes can attend one, two or all three days, with each session providing a different defensive performance focus.

Our goal is to develop defenders who can move quickly, stay connected, apply consistent pressure, read attacking play and use their athletic ability to create more turnovers.

LIMITED TO ONLY 10 ATHLETES PER SESSION

Small numbers allow for more individual coaching, technical corrections and position-specific feedback throughout each clinic.
