U17s NETBALL CLINIC – GOLD COAST

Designed specifically for developing netball athletes aged 15–16 years, this 1-hour clinic focuses on the movement, athleticism and decision-making required to perform confidently at a higher level of netball.

Suitable for all positions – GS, GA, WA, C, WD, GD and GK, with the session combining athletic development, position-specific movement and game-based netball skills.

ATHLETES WILL WORK ON:

• Advanced footwork and agility

• Speed and acceleration

• Change of direction and body control

• Attacking movement and creating space

• Defensive movement and applying pressure

• Timing, leads and re-offers

• Vertical jump and aerial skills

• Position-specific movement

• Decision-making under pressure

• Applying skills at game speed

Athletes will be challenged to connect their speed, movement mechanics and technical skills to realistic netball situations and execute them effectively under pressure.

Our goal is to develop U17 athletes who are faster, stronger and more confident on court, while giving them practical skills they can take back into their club, school and representative environments.

COST: $90 AUD per athlete

LIMITED TO ONLY 10 ATHLETES
