MORE INFORMATION

U17s ATTACKERS NETBALL CLINIC – DANDENONG

Designed specifically for developing netball athletes aged 15–16 years, this 1-hour clinic focuses on developing the advanced attacking skills, movement and decision-making required to perform effectively under pressure.

The session is suitable for GS, GA, WA and attacking C players, with athletes challenged through position-specific movements and game-based attacking drills.

ATHLETES WILL WORK ON:

• Explosive attacking footwork and speed

• Creating and attacking space

• Strong leads, cuts and changes of direction

• Timing, re-offers and second-phase movement

• Circle-edge movement and feeding

• Decision-making under defensive pressure

• Attacking combinations and ball movement

• Vertical movement and aerial ball skills

• Position-specific skills for GS, GA, WA and C

Athletes will learn how to use their speed, agility, body positioning and movement mechanics more effectively against stronger and more physical defenders.

Our goal is to develop attackers who can confidently create space, read defensive pressure, make better decisions and execute their skills at game speed.
