U17s NETBALL CLINIC – CAROLINE SPRINGS

Designed specifically for developing netball athletes aged 15–16 years, this 1-hour clinic focuses on developing the movement, skills and decision-making needed to perform confidently at a higher level of netball.

Suitable for all positions, the session will combine athletic development with attacking, defensive and position-specific netball skills.

ATHLETES WILL WORK ON:

• Speed, agility and explosive footwork

• Change of direction and body control

• Attacking movement and creating space

• Defensive movement and applying pressure

• Timing, leads and re-offers

• Vertical jump and aerial skills

• Position-specific skills and movement

• Applying skills in game-based situations

Athletes will be challenged to connect their speed, movement mechanics and technical skills to realistic netball situations and execute them under pressure.

Our goal is to help U17 athletes become stronger, smarter and more confident netballers, while giving them practical skills they can take back into their club and representative environments.

COST: $90 per athlete

LIMITED TO ONLY 10 ATHLETES
