We are finally bringing our CAP training to Sydney from 12-15 January 2026.
Join us for the next 2 days as we showcase our various training techniques and drills. These sessions are tailored for U17 netball players.
What to Expect:
Throughout our one-hour sessions for both Monday and Tuesday, we will concentrate on movements, mechanics, and skills aimed at enhancing speed, acceleration, footwork, vertical, strength, and conditioning. All skills will be adapted to the age group and skill level of the participants.
This group is designed for U17 athletes aged 16 and 17 years old in 2026.
DAY 1: Footwork and Agility session
Monday 12th January 2026: 2PM-3PM
DAY 2: Speed and Elevation session
Tuesday 13th January 2026: 2PM-3PM
Every session includes:
Proper warm-up introduction
Conditioning
Netball skills and drills
Cost: $85 per session or $170 for the two days
