U15s/MOORE PARK: Defenders

U15s DEFENDERS NETBALL CLINIC – MOORE PARK

Designed specifically for developing netball athletes aged 13–14 years, this 1-hour clinic will focus on the skills and movements needed to become a stronger and more effective defensive player.

Suitable for GK, GD, WD and defensive C players.

ATHLETES WILL WORK ON:

• Defensive footwork and speed

• One-on-one defence

• Tracking and staying with attackers

• Reading the ball and going for intercepts

• Closing space and applying pressure

• Hands over pressure and clean contesting

• Aerial ball contests

• Circle defence and defensive combinations

• Through-court defence and transition

• Position-specific skills for GK, GD, WD and C

Our goal is to help young defenders become more confident, disciplined and aggressive in their defensive movement while learning how to create turnovers and work effectively with other defenders.

AGE: 13–14 years only

ALL POSITIONS WELCOME

COST: $90 per athlete
