MORE INFORMATION

U15s ATTACKERS NETBALL CLINIC – MOORE PARK

Designed specifically for developing netball athletes aged 13–14 years, this 1-hour clinic focuses on the skills, movement and decision-making required to become a stronger and more effective attacking player.

The session is suitable for GS, GA, WA and attacking C players, with a combination of attacking movement, specialist skills and position-specific drills.

ATHLETES WILL WORK ON:

• Attacking footwork and speed

• Creating space and getting free from defenders

• Strong leads, cuts and changes of direction

• Circle-edge movement and feeding

• Timing and decision-making

• Attacking combinations and ball movement

• Vertical movement and aerial skills – improving take-off, landing and ability to compete for high balls

• Position-specific skills for GS, GA, WA and C

Athletes will also learn how their speed, agility, footwork and movement mechanics directly influence their attacking performance on court.

Our goal is to help young attackers become more confident, explosive and intelligent with their movement while developing the technical skills required to create opportunities for themselves and their teammates.
