U15s SHOOTERS NETBALL CLINIC – GOLD COAST

Designed specifically for developing netball shooters aged 13–14 years, this 1-hour clinic focuses on the movement, athleticism and shooting skills required to become a more confident and effective shooter.

Suitable specifically for GS and GA players, with the session combining shooter-specific movement, circle work and shooting technique.

ATHLETES WILL WORK ON:

• Shooter-specific footwork and agility

• Splits, landing and body control

• Creating separation from defenders

• Front cuts, baseline movement and rolls

• Speed and acceleration in the circle

• Re-offers and changes of pace

• Vertical jump and elevation

• Rebounding and high-ball takes

• Shooting technique and consistency

• Shooting under defensive pressure

• GS and GA circle combinations

Our goal is to develop shooters who can move confidently in the circle, create space, compete strongly for possession and shoot with greater control and consistency.
