U15s MIDCOURTERS NETBALL CLINIC – GOLD COAST

Designed specifically for developing netball athletes aged 13–14 years, this 1-hour clinic focuses on the movement, speed and position-specific skills required to become a stronger and more effective midcourt player.

Suitable for WA, C and WD players, with the session connecting athletic development directly to the demands of midcourt netball.

ATHLETES WILL WORK ON:

• Midcourt footwork and agility

• Speed and acceleration

• Quick changes of direction

• Leads, cuts and re-offers

• Creating and attacking space

• Defensive tracking and pressure

• Centre-pass movement

• Through-court transition

• Timing and decision-making

• Position-specific movement for WA, C and WD

Athletes will learn how to use their speed, footwork and movement mechanics to create space, transition effectively through court and maintain defensive pressure.

Our goal is to develop midcourters who can move efficiently, make better decisions and confidently contribute in both attack and defence.
