U15s SHOOTERS NETBALL CLINIC – ADELAIDE

Designed specifically for developing netball shooters aged 13–14 years, this 1-hour clinic focuses on developing the movement, athleticism and shooting skills required to become a more confident and effective shooter.

Suitable specifically for GS and GA players, with the session combining shooter-specific movement, circle work and shooting technique.

ATHLETES WILL WORK ON:

• Shooter-specific footwork and agility

• Splits, landing and body control

• Creating separation from defenders

• Front cuts, baseline movement and rolls

• Acceleration and changes of pace in the circle

• Re-offers and second-phase movement

• Vertical jump and elevation

• Rebounding and high-ball takes

• Shooting technique and consistency

• Shooting after movement and under defensive pressure

• GS and GA circle movement and combinations

Athletes will learn how to connect their footwork, speed, body positioning and shooting technique to become more effective inside and around the shooting circle.

Our goal is to develop shooters who can create space, move confidently against defenders, compete strongly for possession and shoot with greater control and consistency.
