U15 SHOOTERS : SEVEN HILLS/D1

We are finally bringing our CAP training to Sydney from 12-15 January 2026.

Join us for the next 2 days as we showcase our various training techniques and drills. These sessions are tailored for U15 netball players playing GA, GS

What to Expect:

Throughout our one-hour sessions for both Monday and Tuesday, we will concentrate on movements, mechanics, and skills designed to understand movements around the circle and working hard on shooting technique. Participants will take part in various activities aimed at enhancing agility, footwork, vertical movement, and speed. Additionally, we will focus on conditioning exercises tailored to each participant's age and fitness level, ensuring everyone can challenge themselves suitably.

This group is designed for U15 athletes only (14 or 15 years old in 2026).

DAY 1: Footwork and Acceleration session

Monday 12th January 2026: 9AM-10AM

DAY 2: Shooting Technique and Elevation/Vertical

Tuesday 13th January 2026: 9AM-10AM

Every session includes:

• Proper warm-up introduction

• Conditioning

• Netball skills and drills

  
  

Cost: $85 per session or $170 for the two days
