Join us as we showcase our various Pre Season training techniques and drills. These sessions are tailored for U13 netball players aged 10-12 years old.
What to Expect:
Throughout our one-hour session, we will concentrate on movements, mechanics, and skills aimed at enhancing speed, acceleration, footwork, vertical, strength, and conditioning aimed at Pre Season training. This means more netball drills and skills included in our sessions as you prepare for your upcoming seasons and trials. All skills will be adapted to the age group and skill level of the participants.
This group is designed for U13 athletes aged 10–12 years old.
Every session includes:
Proper warm-up introduction
Conditioning
Netball skills and drills
Cost: $85 per session
