Join us as we showcase our various training techniques and drills catered for your upcoming Pre Season. These sessions are tailored for SENIORS netball players.
What to Expect:
Throughout our one-hour session day, we will concentrate on movements, mechanics, and skills aimed at enhancing speed, acceleration, footwork, vertical, strength, and conditioning. All skills will be adapted to the age group and skill level of the participants.
This group is designed for SENIORS athletes aged 14-17 years old in 2026.
Every session includes:
Proper warm-up introduction
Conditioning
Netball skills and drills
Cost: $85 per session
