What to Expect:

Throughout our one-hour session, we will concentrate on movements, mechanics, and skills that help understand circle movements, reactions, footwork, and speed to confidently attempt tips and intercepts.

Participants will engage in a variety of activities designed to improve agility, footwork, vertical movement, and speed. Furthermore, we will incorporate conditioning exercises customized to each participant's age and fitness level, ensuring that everyone can challenge themselves appropriately..

This group is designed for SENIOR athletes only (14 to 17 years old in 2026).

SUNDAY 1st Feb: Elevation, Acceleration, Reaction and Footwork

10AM-11AM

Every session includes:

• Proper warm-up introduction

• Conditioning
