Welcome to Centurion Athletic Performance (CAP) Academy.
We are proud to announce our CAP Premier Teams for the 2026 Kapi Mana Season, marking our third year competing in the competition.

Premier Trials Overview
This registration is for athletes trialing for our Premier teams.
Attendance at both trial days is mandatory to be considered for selection into Premier 1 or Premier 3.
We are seeking athletes who demonstrate:
High-level ability
Strong work ethic and commitment
Coachability and growth mindset
Desire to compete at Premier level

Training
One training per week (2 hours)

Designed to accommodate rep, school, and multi-sport athletes
Trials & Combine Information
Eligibility
Open to Year 9 and above
College-aged athletes and older
Athletes below Year 9 cannot be accommodated
CAP Combine Day
Saturday 7 March
3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Akau Tangi, Wellington
Athletes will be assessed on:
Fundamental movement skills
Athletic mechanics
Speed, strength, and coordination
Strong foundations create great athletes.
CAP Combine Games Day
Saturday 8 March
12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Akau Tangi, Wellington
Athletes will be grouped based on Combine results and will play games to showcase:
Netball skills
Game sense and decision-making
Team play and competitiveness
Final Team Announcements
Thursday 12 March – 12:00 PM
Selections announced via email and the CAP website
Trial Fee
$10 per athlete
Must be paid prior to attending trials
Non-refundable, even if all sessions are not attended
