This is a Netball clinic which include a 60 minutes session with us focusing on movements and mechanics related to netball which will help build their foundation.
These sessions are targeted foJUNIORS level ages from Year 9-10 Netball Athletes..
Day 1 will be specialised in learning different movements and skills applicable for all Netball Athletes. Sessions includes, transition, co-ordination, jumping, aerial and proper landing.
All sessions are catered for age groups and skill levels. These are perfect for young Netballers just learning the game and wanting to better understand their movement before their season starts.
