This is for our ONE-day Netball Clinic. We will cover movement, mechanics, fitness, conditioning as well as Netball skills and drills which are perfect for Netball Athletes preparing for their upcoming season.

We are launching our ONE-day clinics which include a 90 minutes session with us.Â
We will cover movement, mechanics, fitness, conditioning as well as Netball skills and drills which are perfect for Netball Athletes preparing for their upcoming season. We will also be showcasing what our Off Season camps will look like for 2021.
We are offering 3x Age Groups you can choose from:
BEGINNERS LEVEL- Ages 10-12 years old
DATE: 8th Friday October 2021
TIMES: 11AM-12.30PM
COSTS: $45 per person
JUNIOR GROUP- Ages 13-15 years old
DATE: 8th Friday October 2021
TIMES: 12.30PM-2PM
COSTS: $45 per person
OPEN GROUP- Ages 16+ years old
DATE: 8th Friday October 2021
TIMES: 2PM-3.30PM
COSTS: $45 per person
