We are launching our ONE-day Christchurch clinics which include a 60 minutes session with us.Â
These sessions are targeted for BEGINNERS level ages from 8-12 years old Netball Athletes.
This is one day clinics specialising in learning different movements and skills applicable for all Netball Athletes. Session includes,
- AGILITY/FOOTWORK: Transition, footwork and co-ordination.
- SPEED/ACCELERATION: Off the line, running and change of speed.
- VERTICAL/AERIAL: Building power in jumps, technique and staying in the air.
All sessions are catered for age groups and skill levels. These are perfect for young Netballers just learning the game and wanting to better understand their movement before their season starts.
