We are thrilled to announce the launch of our international netball clinics, with our first destination being the stunning Melbourne City.
Join us as we showcase our various training techniques and drills. These sessions are tailored for open level netball players aged 19+ years old specifically for athletes that play a midcourt position.
What to Expect:
Throughout our one-hour sessions we will focus on movements and skills designed to enhance quick transitions between phases, centre passes, and acceleration/speed. Participants will take part in various activities aimed at enhancing agility, footwork, vertical movement, and speed. Additionally, we will focus on conditioning exercises tailored to each participant's age and fitness level, ensuring everyone can challenge themselves suitably.
Schedule:
DAY 1:
Date: Saturday 27th September
Time: 11AM-12PM
Focus: Footwork and Speed for fast phases and quick centre pass session
DAY 2:
Date: Sunday 28th September
Time: 11AM-12PM
Focus: Circle edge and elevation session
Costs:
$85 per day OR $170 for the 2x days
