Join us we showcase our various Pre Season training techniques and drills.

What to Expect:

Throughout our one-hour session, we will concentrate on movements, mechanics, and skills catered for your Pre Season training. This means more netball drills and skills included in our sessions as you prepare for your upcoming seasons and trials. Participants will take part in various activities aimed at enhancing agility, footwork, vertical movement, and speed. Additionally, we will focus on conditioning exercises tailored to each participant's age and fitness level, ensuring everyone can challenge themselves suitably.

This group is designed for JUNIORS athletes only (10 to 13 years old in 2026).

Every session includes:

• Proper warm-up introduction

• Conditioning
