Are you ready to take your netball skills to the next level? Join us for an exciting and action-packed Netball Clinic designed specifically for college aged from 13-16 years old!

What to Expect:
Throughout our one-hour sessions during the first week of the holidays, from Monday to Friday, we will focus on movements and skills designed to understand movements around the circle and working hard on shooting technique.
Participants will take part in various activities aimed at enhancing agility, footwork, vertical movement, and speed. Additionally, we will focus on conditioning exercises tailored to each participant's age and fitness level, ensuring everyone can challenge themselves suitably.

DAY 1:

Focus: Footwork and Transition session
Location: 24/7 Fitness Gym, Porirua
DAY 2:
Date: Tuesday 8th July
Time: 11AM-12PM
Focus: Strength to hold well and acceleration to circle
Location: 24/7 Fitness Gym, Porirua
DAY 3:
Date: Wednesday 9th July
Time: 1PM-2PM
Focus: Vertical and Elevation- Rebounds and Long Feeds
Location: Mungavin Courts, Porirua
DAY 4:
Date: Thursday 10th July
Time: 12PM-1PM
Focus: Shooting Technique
Location: Mungavin Courts, Porirua
DAY 5:
Date: Friday 11th July
Time: 1PM-2PM
Focus: Balance of the circle between GA & GS

$40 per day OR $200 for the 5 days
