U13 NETBALL CLINIC – WINDSOR | 3-DAY SERIES

DAY 1 – FOOTWORK & AGILITY

DAY 2 – SPEED & ACCELERATION

DAY 3 – VERTICAL & ELEVATION

Designed specifically for young and developing netball athletes aged 10–12 years, our 3-day clinic series focuses on building the key athletic movement foundations young netballers need to perform confidently across different positions.

Each day has a different training focus, allowing athletes to develop their footwork, speed and jumping ability while learning how to transfer these movements directly onto the netball court.

Athletes will also work on:

• Position-specific netball movement

• Netball skills and drills

• Body control and movement mechanics

• Connecting athletic development directly to netball

• Warm-up techniques and looking after their bodies during the season

Our aim is to help young athletes develop strong movement habits, confidence and athleticism while giving them the foundations they need as they continue developing in netball.

DAY 1 – FOOTWORK & AGILITY

Building the foundations for quick, controlled and confident movement on court.

FOCUS:

• Footwork and movement mechanics

• Agility and change of direction

• Landing and body control

• Dodges, cuts and directional movement

• Attacking and defensive footwork

• Applying footwork to netball situations

DAY 2 – SPEED & ACCELERATION

Developing the ability to move faster, accelerate into space and react quickly on court.

FOCUS:

• Running and acceleration mechanics

• First-step quickness

• Short-distance speed

• Explosive starts

• Changes of pace

• Attacking into space

• Applying speed to netball movement

DAY 3 – VERTICAL & ELEVATION

Developing the jumping, landing and aerial skills needed to compete confidently for the ball.

FOCUS:

• Vertical jump development

• Jump and landing mechanics

• Explosive take-off

• Single and double-leg jumping

• Timing and aerial movement

• High-ball catches and contests

• Rebounding and elevation

• Applying vertical skills to netball

COST:

$90 AUD per athlete, per day

$260 AUD for all 3 days

Athletes can attend one, two or all three days.

LIMITED TO ONLY 10 ATHLETES PER SESSION

Small numbers allow us to provide more individual coaching, movement corrections and feedback throughout each session.
