We are finally bringing our CAP training to Brisbane from 29th June to 4th July 2026.
Our first location is the beautiful Sunshine coast. Join us as we showcase our various training techniques and drills. These sessions are tailored for U12 netball players aged 10-11 years old.
What to Expect:
Throughout our one-hour session, we will concentrate on movements, mechanics, and skills aimed at enhancing speed, acceleration, footwork, vertical, strength, and conditioning. All skills will be adapted to the age group and skill level of the participants.
This group is designed for U12 athletes aged 10–11 years old.
We have two days on offer:
MONDAY 29th June: Footwork and Acceleration/Speed session
TUESDAY 30th June: Elevation/Vertical and Agility session
Every session includes:
Proper warm-up introduction
Conditioning
Netball skills and drills
Cost: $85 per session
