U17s NETBALL CLINIC – WINDSOR | 2-DAY SERIES

DAY 1 – FOOTWORK, AGILITY & MOVEMENT

DAY 2 – SPEED, VERTICAL & EXPLOSIVENESS

Designed specifically for developing netball athletes aged 15–16 years, this 2-day clinic series focuses on developing the movement, athleticism and decision-making needed to perform confidently at a higher level of netball.

Suitable for all positions, with both days combining athletic development with attacking, defensive and position-specific netball skills.

DAY 1 – FOOTWORK, AGILITY & MOVEMENT

Day 1 focuses on developing quick, controlled and efficient movement and applying it to attacking and defensive situations.

ATHLETES WILL WORK ON:

• Advanced footwork and agility

• Change of direction and body control

• Attacking movement and creating space

• Defensive movement and closing space

• Leads, cuts and re-offers

• Landing and pivot mechanics

• Reaction and decision-making

• Position-specific movement

• Applying movement skills under game pressure

DAY 2 – SPEED, VERTICAL & EXPLOSIVENESS

Day 2 focuses on developing the speed, acceleration and explosive power needed to compete effectively at a higher level.

ATHLETES WILL WORK ON:

• Acceleration and explosive first-step speed

• Attacking and defensive speed

• Changes of pace

• Explosive movement onto the ball

• Vertical jump and elevation

• Take-off and landing mechanics

• Aerial catches, intercepts and contests

• Repeat explosive efforts

• Applying speed and vertical skills at game intensity

COST:

$90 AUD per athlete, per day

$170 AUD for both days

Athletes can attend one or both days, with each clinic providing a different performance focus.

Our goal is to help U17 athletes become faster, more explosive and more confident in their movement, while giving them practical skills they can transfer directly into their club and representative netball.

LIMITED TO ONLY 10 ATHLETES PER SESSION

Small numbers allow for more individual coaching, technical corrections and position-specific feedback throughout each session.
