D1/U13s: DANDENONG

U13 NETBALL CLINIC – DANDENONG

Designed specifically for young and developing netball athletes aged 10–12 years, this 1-hour clinic will focus on building the movement foundations they need to perform confidently across different netball positions.

Athletes will work on:

• Footwork and movement mechanics

• Agility and change of direction

• Speed and acceleration

• Vertical jump development

• Position-specific movement fundamentals

• Netball skills and drills

• Connecting athletic movement directly to netball

• Warm-up techniques and basic advice for looking after their bodies during the season

Our aim is to help young athletes develop strong movement habits while improving their confidence, athleticism and understanding of how those skills transfer onto the netball court.

DAY 1:

• Footwork and movement mechanics

• Agility and change of direction

DAY 2:

• Speed and acceleration

AGE: 10–12 years only

COST: $90per athlete
