U13s NETBALL CLINIC – ADELAIDE | 2-DAY SERIES

DAY 1 – FOOTWORK, AGILITY & MOVEMENT

DAY 2 – SPEED, VERTICAL & EXPLOSIVENESS

Designed specifically for young and developing netball athletes aged 10–12 years, this 2-day clinic series focuses on building the movement foundations, athletic skills and confidence needed to develop their overall netball performance.

Suitable for all positions, with each session combining athletic development with netball-specific skills and movement.

DAY 1 – FOOTWORK, AGILITY & MOVEMENT

Day 1 focuses on teaching athletes how to move efficiently, change direction and control their bodies in different netball situations.

ATHLETES WILL WORK ON:

• Footwork and movement mechanics

• Agility and change of direction

• Landing, stopping and body control

• Dodges, cuts and getting free

• Attacking and defensive movement

• Reaction and coordination

• Position-specific movement

• Applying footwork to netball drills

TIME: 12-1PM

LOCATION: ICA Sportzworx Stepney

DAY 2 – SPEED, VERTICAL & EXPLOSIVENESS

Day 2 focuses on developing the speed, acceleration and jumping ability young athletes need on the netball court.

ATHLETES WILL WORK ON:

• Running and acceleration mechanics

• First-step speed

• Short-distance acceleration

• Explosive movement onto the ball

• Vertical jump development

• Take-off and safe landing mechanics

• Aerial catches and high-ball skills

• Applying speed and jumping to netball situations

AGE: 10–12 years only

COST:

$90 AUD per athlete, per day

$170 AUD for both days – SAVE $10

Athletes can attend one or both days, with each clinic providing a different training focus.

Our goal is to help young athletes develop strong movement habits, speed, coordination and confidence, while teaching them how to transfer these skills directly onto the netball court.

LIMITED TO ONLY 10 ATHLETES PER SESSION

Small numbers allow for more individual coaching, movement corrections and feedback throughout each session.
