We are finally bringing our CAP training to Brisbane from 29th June to 4th July 2026.
Join us as we showcase our various training techniques and drills. These sessions are tailored Juniors from ages 11-13 years old and specifically for netball boys looking to learn and gain skills to improve in their games.
What to Expect:
Throughout our one-hour session, we will concentrate on movements, mechanics, and skills aimed at enhancing speed, acceleration, footwork, vertical, strength, and conditioning. All skills will be adapted to the age group and skill level of the participants.
This group is designed for Juniors athletes aged 11-13 years old. This will be a boys only session.
We have two days on offer:
WEDNESDAY 1st July: Footwork and Acceleration/Speed session, Elevation/Vertical and Agility session
Every session includes:
Proper warm-up introduction
Conditioning
Netball skills and drills
Cost: $85 per session
