This is offered to ages from 10-12 years old (Yr 7-8) in preparation for their upcoming season. We will look to cover agility, footwork, vertical, speed, fitness, and conditioning. We will also look to challenge them mentally.

DETAILS:
6 Weeks Clinic
1x session per week (Thursdays)
START DATE: 10th Nov
END DATE: 15th Nov
TIMES: Thursday 4-5PM
LOCATIONS: Hataitai Netball Courts, Wellington (Please note if weather is bad we will be holding session back in Porirua at our 24/7 Fitness Gym)
