BAYSIDE/CLINIC: JUNIORS

Looking for a quick session to try out our training and get motivated for your Off Season?

Join our one-hour clinics, where we’ll cover as much as we can, including footwork, speed, and elevation drills.

This group is designed for juniors athletes aged 13-15 years old.

Every session includes:

• Proper warm-up introduction

• Conditioning

• Netball skills and drills

• 
  

Cost: $85 per session
