Looking for a quick session to try out our training and get motivated for your Off Season?Join our one-hour clinics, where we’ll cover as much as we can, including footwork, speed, and elevation drills.
This group is designed for beginner athletes aged 10–12 years old.
DAY 1: Footwork and Agility session
Friday 12th Dec: 4.30PM-5.30PM
DAY 2: Speed and Elevation session
Sunday 14th Dec: 9.30AM-10.30AM
Every session includes:
Proper warm-up introduction
Conditioning
Netball skills and drills
Cost: $85 per session or $170 for the two days
Limited Spaces Available! We are accepting only 12 athletes, so make sure to secure your spot early.
We won’t be back in Melbourne until late January 2026, so don’t miss out!
