This is offered to all level Netball Athletes from Australia from 12+ years old, looking to train hard for the next 6 weeks in preparations trials and your season next year. We will look to cover agility, footwork, vertical, speed, fitness, and conditioning. We will also look to challenge them mentally.

6 Weeks Clinic
2x session per week (Wed and Sun)
START DATE: 26th Oct 2020
END DATE: 5th Dec 2020
TIMES: Thursdays- 5PM-6PM AEST AND
Sundays- 3PM-4PM AEST
ONLINE ZOOM SESSIONS

- Basic Nutrition Plan
