We are thrilled to announce the launch of our international netball clinics, with our first destination being the stunning Melbourne City.
Join us during the first week of the school holidays as we showcase our various training techniques and drills. These sessions are tailored for senior level netball players aged 16-18 years old specifically for athletes that play a shooting position.
What to Expect:
Throughout our one-hour sessions during the first week of the holidays, from Monday to Thursday, we will focus on movements and skills designed to understand movements around the circle and working hard on shooting technique. Participants will take part in various activities aimed at enhancing agility, footwork, vertical movement, and speed. Additionally, we will focus on conditioning exercises tailored to each participant's age and fitness level, ensuring everyone can challenge themselves suitably.

DAY 1:
Date: Monday 22nd September

Focus: Footwork and Transition session
DAY 2:
Date: Tuesday 23rd September
Time: 1PM-2PM
Focus: Shooting Technique
DAY 3:
Date: Wednesday 24th September
Time: 1PM-2PM
Focus: Vertical and Elevation- Rebounds and Long Feeds
DAY 4:
Date: Thursday 25th September
Time: 1PM-2PM
Focus: Acceleration and Speed session
Costs:
$85 per day OR $340 for the 4x days
