We are thrilled to announce the launch of our international netball clinics, with our first destination being the stunning Melbourne City.
Join us during the first week of the school holidays as we showcase our various training techniques and drills. These sessions are tailored for beginner netball players aged 10-12 years old.
What to Expect:
Throughout our one-hour sessions from Monday to Thursday, we will concentrate on movements, mechanics, and skills aimed at enhancing speed, acceleration, footwork, vertical, strength, and conditioning. All skills will be adapted to the age group and skill level of the participants.
Schedule:
DAY 1:
Date: Monday 22nd September
Time: 9-10AM
Focus: Footwork and Agility session
DAY 2:
Date: Tuesday 23rd September
Time: 9-10AM
Focus: Acceleration and Speed session
DAY 3:
Date: Wednesday 24th September
Time: 9-10AM
Focus: Vertical and Elevation session
DAY 4:
Date: Thursday 25th September
Time: 9-10AM
Focus: Strength and Power session
All sessions will include introduction to proper warm ups, conditioning and netball skills and drills
Costs:
$85 per day OR $340 for the 4x days
