AUS/DAY 2: INDIVIDUAL SESSION

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our international netball clinics, with our first destination being the stunning Melbourne City.

Join us during the first week of the school holidays as we showcase our various training techniques and drills. These sessions are tailored for senior level netball players aged 16-18 years old specifically for athletes that play a defensive position.

What to Expect:

During our one-hour sessions in the first week of the holidays, from Monday to Thursday, we will concentrate on movements and skills that help understand circle movements, reactions, footwork, and speed to confidently attempt tips and intercepts. Participants will engage in a variety of activities designed to improve agility, footwork, vertical movement, and speed. Furthermore, we will incorporate conditioning exercises customized to each participant's age and fitness level, ensuring that everyone can challenge themselves appropriately.

DAY 1:

Focus: Footwork and Transition session

DAY 2:

Date: Tuesday 23rd September

Time: 2PM-3PM

Focus: Acceleration and Speed session

DAY 3:

Date: Wednesday 24th September

Time: 2PM-3PM

Focus: Vertical and Elevation- Tips and Intercepts

DAY 4:

Date: Thursday 25th September

Time: 2PM-3PM

Focus: Defensive body positioning and quick reaction session

Costs:

$85 per day OR $340 for the 4x days
