Service Description

This is for ages 13-18 years old Athletes. This will be a one on one training session/s with our trainer to work on building strength and power. his is focused on using proper technique while building up strength using variations of squats, benchpress, deadlifts and weightlifting. For our younger Athletes, we will start off with resistance bands, dumbbells and kettlebells to build strength until they are ready to try full weights. This is catered for all sports as we work on the movement and body mechanics around strength and power to help with overall sports performance. All sessions and long term programmes will include; MOVEMENT TRAINING TESTINGS AND ACCESS TO RESULTS ACCESS TO OUR CAP APP WITH 100+ TRAINING VIDEOS CATERED ONLINE PROGRAMME Our trainers have experience working with different personalities from your most introvert Athletes to the most outgoing ones as well. However, we will always do our best to make every session comfortable and safe place for our Athletes to train and grow in. PRICES: 1x session per week- $75.00 2x sessions per week- $145.00 3x sessions per week- $215.00 Package Deal- 6x sessions (used whenever)- $440.00 *Minimum of 6 weeks per programme in order for us to have enough time to work with an Athlete. Please enquire in if you are looking for a one off session with us.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellation for sessions to be notified 6 hours prior, that will give us enough time to offer this new available time to another Athlete currently looking for a session with us. A quick text, call or email to us 6 hours before a session to cancel will be much appreciated. There is a charge of a fee for less than 6 hours cancellation for full payment of that session. We can be understanding of late cancellation due to important issues such as family emergencies or unexpected sickness but, please give us as much time if you can. We hope you understand. Please also note, that any more than two cancellations in a row for a time slot you are currently booked in weekly, will be up for grabs by other Athletes as we cannot save time sessions for Athletes. Once again, this is to make it fair for everyone looking for time sessions and to make sure that all of our available times are used by those that need it.
