This service is offered for ages between 13-18 years old. This will be a one on one training session/s with our trainer to work on improving acceleration, quickness and linear speed. This helps with getting off the line quicker, increase open speed and short burst acceleration to quickly change direction. These movements are important in all sports. This is catered for different sports as we work on the movement and body mechanics around acceleration and speed to help with overall sports performance. All sessions and long term programmes will include; MOVEMENT TRAINING TESTINGS AND ACCESS TO RESULTS ACCESS TO OUR CAP APP WITH 100+ TRAINING VIDEOS CATERED ONLINE PROGRAMME ACCESS TO GYM Our trainers have experience working with different personalities from your most introvert Athletes to the most outgoing ones as well. However, we will always do our best to make every session comfortable and safe place for our Athletes to train and grow in. PRICES: 1x session per week- $65.00 2x sessions per week- $125.00 3x sessions per week- $185.00 Package Deal- 10x sessions (used whenever)- $600.00 *Minimum of 6 weeks per programme in order for us to have enough time to work with an Athlete.
