This service is offered for ages 10-12 years old. This will be a one on one training session/s with our trainer to work on building strength and power. This is focused on using proper technique while building up strength using variations of squats, benchpress, deadlifts and weightlifting. For our younger Athletes, we will start off with resistance bands, dumbbells and kettlebells to build strength until they are ready to try full weights. This is catered for all sports as we work on the movement and body mechanics around strength and power to help with overall sports performance. All sessions and long term programmes will include; MOVEMENT TRAINING TESTINGS AND ACCESS TO RESULTS ACCESS TO OUR CAP APP WITH 100+ TRAINING VIDEOS CATERED ONLINE PROGRAMME ACCESS TO GYM PRICES: 1x session per week- $60.00 2x sessions per week- $115.00 3x sessions per week- $170.00 Package Deal- 10x sessions (used whenever)- $550.00 *Minimum of 6 weeks per programme in order for us to have enough time to work with an Athlete.
