ONLINE TRAINING

SIGN UP

We will also get in contact with more information and your next step.

DESIGN

We will get in contact with you to set your sports/fitness goals in relation to the package you would like to do which will help us create and build your training programme for the next 6 weeks.

Your weekly programme will consist of warm-up, upper and lower body strength exercises as well as agility, speed, footwork, and vertical drills.

WORKOUT

In 48 hours you will receive you training programme through our CAP App.

You will officially be able to start working out and have full access to our training demo videos. You will also have constant communication with our trainer through our App options. 

UPDATES

You will have your fortnightly catch up with our trainer/s through video calling. It's an opportunity for you to ask questions about your programme or for our trainer to take you through any new drills we have created.

We also offer ADD-ON weekly training session with our trainers that you can purchase.

TRAINING PACKAGE OPTIONS:

ACCELERATION/SPEED PACKAGE

This package is offered to ages from 10+ years old. This will be a 6 weeks programme created by our trainer to work on improving acceleration, quickness and linear speed. You will also have 3x online zoom sessions (45-60min) with our trainer to work on these skills and movements.

This helps with getting off the line quicker, increase open speed and short burst acceleration to quickly change direction. These movements are important in all sports. This is catered for all sports as we work on the movement and body mechanics around acceleration and speed to help with overall sports performance.

VERTICAL/POWER PACKAGE

This service is offered for ages 10+ years old. This will be a 6 weeks programme created by our trainer to work on improving vertical and power to help with getting off the ground quickly and faster. You will also have 3x online zoom sessions (45-60min) with our trainer to work on these skills and movements.

This is to help improve overall vertical jumps, broad jumps and increasing speed to get off the ground quickly. This is catered for all sports as we work on the movement and body mechanics around vertical and power production to help with overall sports performance.

FOOTWORK/AGILITY PACKAGE

This service is offered for ages 10+ years old. This will be a 6 weeks programme created by our trainer to work on improving agility, footwork and coordination. This will also help with the easy transition and quick change of direction. You will also have 3x online zoom sessions (45-60min) with our trainer to work on these skills and movements.

This will help with how they move their feet while also learning how to control and use their hips for side shuffles or movements to better understand how to use it in their chosen sport for that quickstep or transition. This is catered for all sports as we work on the movement and body mechanics around footwork or agility to help with overall sports performance.

STRENGTH/POWER PACKAGE

This service is offered for ages 10+ years old. This will be a 6 weeks programme created by our trainer to work on improving strength and building power. This can either be for building upper or lower strength and power. You will also have 3x online zoom sessions (45-60min) with our trainer to work on these skills and movements.

This is focused on using proper technique while building up strength using variations of squats, bench press, deadlifts and weightlifting. For our younger Athletes, we will start off with resistance bands, dumbbells and kettlebells to build strength until they are ready to try full weights.

 

This is catered for all sports as we work on the movement and body mechanics around strength and power to help with overall sports performance.

FITNESS/CONDITIONING PACKAGE

This service is offered for ages 10+ years old. This will be a 6 weeks programme created by our trainer to work on improving fitness and conditioning. You will also have 3x online zoom sessions (45-60min) with our trainer to work on these skills and movements.

This is to help Athletes get to the best fitness that they can reach in preparation for an upcoming trial or season. This will include testing out Yo-yo, Broncos, Beep and other fitness tests in order to meet the requirement needed for different sports.

 

This is catered for all sports as we work on the movement and body mechanics around fitness and conditioning to help with overall sports performance.

CATERED TRAINING PROGRAMME FOCUSED ON STRENGTH/POWER FOR 6 WEEKS

PREHAB/REHAB PACKAGE

This service is offered for ages 10+ years old. This will be a 6 weeks programme created by our trainer to help injured Athletes before major surgeries or after a bad injury. You will also have 3x online zoom sessions (45-60min) with our trainer to work on these skills and movements.

In the Prehab phase, we will be helping Athletes with their training in preparations for surgery to make it easier in the rehab phase. In our rehab phase, we will be focusing on recovery and getting an Athlete back to 100% after surgery or injury. This might include strength, mobility, movement and fitness conditioning.

We also offer weekly online training sessions (45-60 minutes)  with our trainer/s through video calling apps. This feature will involve an opportunity to work and train one on one with our trainer in areas you need more of a focus on in addition to your online programme with us.
