In 48 hours you will receive you training programme through our CAP App.
You will officially be able to start working out and have full access to our training demo videos. You will also have constant communication with our trainer through our App options.
You will have your fortnightly catch up with our trainer/s through video calling. It's an opportunity for you to ask questions about your programme or for our trainer to take you through any new drills we have created.
We also offer ADD-ON weekly training session with our trainers that you can purchase.
