LIFITING WORKSHOP

Weekly workshops learning from our qualified and experienced trainer the basics of lifting from; Squats, Benchpress and Deadlifts. You get will access to our CAP App with a personalized training programme to work on in your own time. We will also cover a lifter's mentality and recovery sessions.

- Weekly Workshop Day/Time: Sat 12PM-2PM

- Weekly Online Nutrition Workshop: Wed 7PM-8PM

You will start to learn more about the variations of Squats, Benchpress and Deadlifts we use, in order to increase strength and power and help improve technique and mobility. This will include, box and isometric Squats, block and band Benchpress and block and deficit Deadlifts.

This stage will be mainly focused on lifters looking to compete in their first Powerlifting competition. We will help teach you how to train and prepare physically and mentally for your big day.
