What to Expect:

Throughout our one-hour session, we will concentrate on movements, mechanics, and skills designed to enhance quick transitions between phases, centre passes, and acceleration/speed. Participants will take part in various activities aimed at enhancing agility, footwork, vertical movement, and speed. Additionally, we will focus on conditioning exercises tailored to each participant's age and fitness level, ensuring everyone can challenge themselves suitably.

This group is designed for SENIORS athletes only (14 to 17 years old in 2026).

Every session includes:

• Proper warm-up introduction

• Conditioning
